LuliChat
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and LuliChat for the LuliChat website, the account service at auth.lulichat.com, and the workspace at app.lulichat.com. If you create an account or use the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
LuliChat is built for businesses. The person who registers a company account does so for that business and confirms they are allowed to bind it.
1. The service
LuliChat is a workspace for customer communication and team work. Depending on your plan, it includes:
- Tickets for customer conversations, with assignment and history
- Connections for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email, and SMS
- Queues, contacts, leads, tags, files, and quick responses
- Campaigns, scheduled messages, and announcements
- Inbound and outbound calling where the call center is included
- Internal team chat and a kanban board
- AI replies and campaigns, limited by the token allowance on the plan
- Team seats, storage, and, on some plans, API access and integrations
Features, limits, and prices are the ones shown on the pricing page and inside your subscription at the time you subscribe or upgrade. A limit of zero, or a feature marked not included, is not part of that plan.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Company registration asks for the owner's first and last name, company name, country, email, and password. You must give information that is accurate and keep it up to date.
- The owner is responsible for teammates they invite, for the roles they assign, and for activity under the company account.
- You must protect the password and any two-factor method you turn on. Tell us promptly at support@lulichat.com if you believe the account is being used without permission.
- One company should not keep multiple unpaid subscriptions for the same checkout. If you leave checkout before paying, the open invoice remains the one to pay.
3. Acceptable use
You may use LuliChat for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not given the permission required by law or by the channel
- Use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, or any unlawful content
- Break the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, email providers, SMS providers, or any other channel you connect
- Upload malware, probe the service, or attempt to access another customer's workspace
- Resell the service or copy the software, except where the law does not allow that restriction
Channel providers can limit or shut a connection for their own reasons. LuliChat does not control those networks. A block by WhatsApp, Meta, or another provider is not a failure of the LuliChat subscription by itself.
4. Your content and your customers
Messages, files, contacts, campaign lists, and other material you or your customers submit stay yours, or stay your customer's, as between you and them. You give LuliChat permission to host, transmit, and process that material so the service can run: delivering tickets, showing them to your team, sending campaigns you start, and backing up the workspace.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your customers, and for the notices you give them. LuliChat processes that customer content for you. See the Privacy Policy for how that split works.
5. Plans, trials, and payment
- Plans may be free or paid. Paid prices are shown in Nigerian naira for monthly or yearly billing.
- A new company may receive a trial. The trial length shown in the product is the one that applies. When a paid subscription starts, the company is no longer on trial.
- The invoice total already includes VAT. The invoice separates the amount before tax and the VAT portion. You pay the total.
- Subscription payments are processed by GlobalPay. You authorise us to charge the amount of the invoice you submit for payment.
- An upgrade moves the same subscription to a higher plan. You are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. The billing dates do not restart when the upgrade is paid. A lower plan is not applied until the current period ends.
- If payment fails or you leave checkout, the invoice stays open until it is paid, replaced by an updated open invoice, or cancelled.
- Fees already paid are for the period you purchased. Unless a law requires otherwise, we do not refund a period that has started.
6. AI features
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You decide whether to send it to a customer. AI use counts against the token allowance on your plan. We may change the model or the allowance as plans change, and the pricing page is the current description of what a plan includes.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep LuliChat available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and channel-provider downtime can interrupt parts of the product. We may change, add, or retire features. If a change removes a paid feature you are currently subscribed to, we will tell you by email or in the product before the change takes effect, or we will offer a reasonable alternative on your plan.
8. Suspension and ending the account
You may stop using LuliChat and ask us to close the company account by emailing support@lulichat.com. Closing the account does not erase fees already due.
We may suspend or close access if you do not pay an open invoice, if you break these terms, or if we must do so to comply with law or a channel provider. Where we can do so without creating a security or legal problem, we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Intellectual property
LuliChat, the software, the website, and our branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your internal business while your account is in good standing. They do not transfer ownership of the software.
10. Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, LuliChat is not liable for lost profits, lost goodwill, lost customer relationships, or indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by a channel provider, a payment network, or content you or your customers submit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where a limit is allowed, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to LuliChat for that service in those 12 months.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be waived.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. If a change is material, we will notify the account email or show a notice in the product. Continuing to use LuliChat after the update applies means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and ask us to close the account.
